Social Media Community Manager

Community Managers are the front-liner who communicates with our client’s customer on social media pages, group chat, and email channels. They can understand the new product brief instantly and communicate with the customer with the utmost clarity. They are also organized with tools and timing with impeccable customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • An understanding of product briefs and creating well-organized reply templates.
  • Providing one-stop customer service online to the customers over the group, comment, message, and chats.
  • Well-organized with online tools and adaptable with the new ones.
  • Understanding of the customer’s problem in-depth and striving for the right solutions.
  • Must have outstanding language skills over English & Bengali (written).
  • Fostering a creative environment by sharing ideas with the core-agency and client teams.
  • Able to manage social media scheduling. Understanding design flaws for the feedback.

Conditions

  1. 4 – 5 days a week. Approx 20 hours work-week. (flexible hours based on your routine).
  2. Contract duration: 3 – 6 months (renewable based on the project).
  3. Compensation: 90 BDT per hour. (Approx 7000 + BDT per month).

Skill Required

Accurate writing skills in English & Bengali. Problem solver. Customer-focused mindset.
